Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading steel manufacturing company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry for the job of Finance and Accounting Manager. The job is based in Cilegon, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
Supervise end-of-period processes and supports the analysis of the financial report
Lead end of the year audit program with the external auditor
Ensure all transactions fully comply with Indonesian Accounting Standard (Local GAAP)
Assist annual budget in costing, manufacturing cost, and SG&A
Acting as a Business Partner with other departments such as production, administration and sales team, work closely to control cost variance and AR ageing monthly review
Supervises the team for all financial books and records and develops reports on all accounting-related matters
Prepare monthly management reporting through OneStream / Hyperion platform
Overview tax reconciliation with Tax accountant on monthly basis and annual corporate income tax filing
Prepare monthly BI Report (KPPK)
Key job requirements include:
Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or Finance from reputable universities
Have a solid understanding of accounting and taxation principle (CA/CMA/CFA/CPA is an advantage
Able to operate MS Office and SAP/D365/JDE System
Have had at least 5 years of working experiences in a leading accounting position in the manufacturing business, preferably as a Senior Tax Accountant/Senior Accountant/Auditor
Have good communication skills in drafting clear, concise, and unambiguous reports and recommendations for senior finance leadership.
Have leadership skills, have an ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team, and senior business leaders.
