The Role -
• Developing a marketing strategy, including setting objectives and creating plans to reach target audiences
• Managing employees who are responsible for creating marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and websites
• Planning special events such as concerts or conferences that help promote the organization’s mission
• Maintaining relationships with local community members to ensure that the organization is valued in the community
• Developing a communications plan that outlines how the organization will spread its message to different audiences using multiple channels such as social media, print media, and email campaigns
• Writing speeches for senior executives
• Developing branding strategies for products and services to support sales goals
• Hiring, training, and supervising marketing staff to implement campaigns and meet goals
• Implementing strategies to increase revenue from existing clients and attract new business from prospective clients
The ideal candidate will be coming from a retailing background
