JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist with review and revision of contracts;
Assist with contracts migration and quality control in contracts management system;
Research areas of law as necessary for business needs of company;
Assist in training and presentations to company on legal issues and policies; and
Assist on legal projects in other areas, as requested by the legal department.
