TANGAZO LA NAFASI ZA KAZI
Sekretariati ya Ajira katika Utumishi wa Umma ni chombo ambacho kimeundwa kwa
mujibu wa Sheria ya Utumishi wa Umma Na. 8 ya mwaka 2002 kama ilivyorekebishwa
na Sheria Na. 18 ya mwaka 2007 kifungu 29(1). Kwa mujibu wa Sheria hiyo, chombo
hiki, pamoja na kazi zingine kimepewa jukumu la kutangaza nafasi wazi za kazi
zinazotokea katika Utumishi wa Umma kwa niaba ya Waajiri (Taasisi za Umma).
Katibu wa Sekretarieti ya Ajira Katika Utumishi wa Umma anakaribisha maombi ya
Watanzania wenye sifa na uwezo wa kujaza nafasi 949 za kazi kwa waajiri mbalimbali
kama ifuatavyo:

MASHARITI YA JUMLA KWA KAZI ZOTE.
i. Waombaji wote wawe ni Raia wa Tanzania.
ii. Waombaji wote waambatishe cheti cha kuzaliwa.
iii. Waombaji ambao tayari ni watumishi wa Umma na wamejipatia sifa za kuingilia
katika kada tofauti na walizonazo, wapitishe barua zao za maombi ya nafasi za
kazi kwa waajiri wao na Waajiri wajiridhishe ipasavyo.
iv. Nafasi ya kazi inayoombwa iandikwe katika kichwa cha habari cha barua na juu
ya bahasha, kutozingatiwa hili kutasababisha maombi ya kazi kuwa batili.
v. Waombaji waambatishe maelezo binafsi yanayojitosheleza (Detailed C.V) yenye
anwani na namba za simu za kuaminika pamoja na majina ya wadhamini (referees)
watatu wa kuaminika.
vi. Maombi yote yaambatane na vyeti vya taaluma, maelezo, nakala za vyeti vya
kidato cha nne na kidato cha sita kwawale waliofikia kiwango hicho na vyeti vya
kuhitimu mafunzo mbalimbali kwa kuzingatia sifa za kazi husika. Viambatanisho
hivyo vibanwe sawa sawa kuondoa uwezekano wa kudondoka kupotea.

- Cheti cha mtihani wa kidato cha IV na VI
- Computer Certificate
- Vyeti vya kitaaluma (Professional certificates from respective boards)
- Picha moja “Passport size” ya hivi karibuni iandikwe jina kwa nyuma.
vii. “Transcripts”, “Testmonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”,
hati matokeo za kidato cha nne na sita (FORM IV AND FORM VI RESULTS
SLIPS) HAVITAKUBALIWA.
viii. Waombaji wawe na umri usiozidi miaka 45.
ix. Waombaji waliostaafishwa katika Utumishi wa Umma hawaruhusiwi kuomba
isipokuwa kama wanakibali cha Katibu Mkuu Kiongozi.
x. Waombaji kazi ambao tayari ni waajiriwa katika nafasi za kuingilia walioko
katika utumishi wa umma wasiombe na wanatakiwa kuzingatia maelekezo
yaliyo katika Waraka Na CAC. 45/257/01/D/140 wa tarehe 30 Novemba 2010.

xi. Uwasilishaji wa taarifa na sifa za kugushi wahusika watachukuliwa hatua za
kisheria.
xii. WAAJIRI WOTE WALIOPO NJE YA DAR ES SALAAM WANAOMBWA
KUSAMBAZA MATANGAZO HAYA KWENYE MBAO ZA MATANGAZO NA
MAENEO MENGINE.

1.0 MCHAMBUZI MIFUMO YA KOMPYUTA DARAJA LA II – (NAFASI 10)
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Katibu Mkuu Wizara ya Nishati na Madini, Katibu Mkuu Wizara
ya Ardhi, Nyumba na Maendeleo ya Makazi, Katibu Mkuu wizara ya Kilimo na Chakula,
Katibu Tawala Mkoa wa Geita, Mkurugenzi Halmashauri za Wilaya za Mufindi, Meatu,
Rorya, Mbulu na Mtwara na Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya Mji Kibaha.
1.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
· Kuweka kumbukumbu za taratibu za kisasa na mbinu za kufanyia kazi.
· Kutekeleza chati za mtiririko wa mifumo ya nyendo za taarifa na uthibiti
unaohusu Kompyuta.
· Kutoa msaada wa kiufundi kwa Wizara/Idara/Vituo mbalimbali vya kazi.
1.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada/Stashahada ya Juu katika masomo ya Sayansi ya Kompyuta
kutoka kwenye Taasisi/Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.
1.3 MSHAHARA

2.0 AFISA VIPIMO II – NAFASI 6
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Afisa Mtendaji Mkuu, Wakala wa Vipimo
2.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
· Kukagua, kuhakiki na kuvirekebisha vipimo vya wafanyabiashara;

· Kutunza, kuhifadhi vifaa vya kitaalam vitumikavyo katika utendaji wa kazi;
· Kutoa ushauri kuhusu masuala ya uhakiki na matumizi ya vipimo;
· Kufanya upelelezi kuhusu ukiukwaji wa Sheria ya Vipimo
· Kupokea na kufanyia kazi malalamiko ya wadau na waateja;
· Kufanya kazi nyingine kama atakavyopangiwa na kiongozi wake zinazohusiana
na
· elimu na ujuzi wa kazi
2.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
· Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada ya kwanza katika fani ya “Legal Metrology” au “Legal
and
· Industrial Metrology” toka katika Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali. Au
· Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada ya kwanza ya Uhandisi/Sayansi ambao wamepata
“Crash
· programme” ya “Legal and Industrial Metrology” isiyopungua miezi mnne (4) toka
· Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.
· Kuajiriwa wenye shahada ya kwanza ya Uhandisi/Sayansi ambao wamehitimu
· Stashahada ya Uzamili (Postgraduate Diploma) katika fani ya vipimo katika Chuo
· kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.
· Kuajiriwa wenye Stashahada ya juu katika fani ya “Legal Metrology” /Legal and
“Industrial Metrology” toka Chuo kinachotambuliwa na Serikali.
2.3 MSHAHARA
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani PTSS 13 -14 kwa mwezi.
3.0 MPIMA ARDHI DARAJA LA II (LAND SURVEYOR GRADE II) – (NAFASI 26)
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Katibu Mkuu Wizara ya Nishati na Madini, Katibu Mkuu Wizara
ya Ardhi Nyumba na Makazi, Katibu Tawala Mkoa wa Iringa, Geita, Tabora, Kigoma na
Mara, Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya Jiji la Mwanza, Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya
Manispaa ya Iringa, Songea na Singida, Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Mufindi,
Songea, Tunduru, Busega, Shinyanga, Kishapu, Morogoro, Nachingwea, Rombo,
Kongwa, Mkinga, Nanyumbu na Rorya.
3.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
· Sehemu ya Upimaji Milki (Cadastral Survey)
- Kuingiza taarifa za Upimaji (alpha numeric data) kwenye kompyuta.
· Sehemu ya Topographic na Geodetic Surveys
- Kukagua kazi za upimaji na kuingiza taarifa za kazi zilizothibitishwa
kwenye komputa.
· Sehemu ya Ramani
- Kufanya upimaji picha (aerial triangulation and block adjustment);
- Kuandaa vikosi kwa ajili ya kuhuisha ramani (map revision)

- Kutunza kumbukumbu za picha za anga.
· Sehemu ya Hydrographic Surveys
-Kusimamia na kuchukua vipimo vya tide gauges.
· Mpima Ardhi katika Serikali za Mitaa
- Kufanya kazi za nje ya Ofisi (field survey operations) chini ya usimamizi
wa mpima aliyesajiliwa.
3.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
· Kuajiriwa wenye Stastahada ya juu/Shahada kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Ardhi katika
fani ya Upimaji Ardhi au Taasisi yoyote inayotambuliwa na National Council of
Professional Surveyors (NCPS). Au
· Kuajiriwa wenye cheti cha East African Land Survey (EALSC) au National
Council of Professional Surveyors Certificate (NCPSC) katika fani ya upimaji
ardhi.
3.3 MSHAHARA
· Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS E kwa mwezi.
4.0 MHANDISI DARAJA LA II – UFUNDI NA UMEME (MECHANICAL AND
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER GRADE II) – NAFASI 9
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Kyela, Msalala na
Pangani, Mkurugenzi ya Manispaa ya Singida na Morogoro na TEMESA.
4.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
· Kufanya kazi chini ya uangalizi wa Mhandisi aliyesajiliwa na bodi ya Usajili wa
Wahandisi kama “Professional Enginner” ili kupata uzoefu unaotakiwa.
· Kufanya kazi kwa vitendo katika fani zinazomhusu ili kumwezesha Mhandisi
kupata sifa za kutosha kusajiliwa na Bodi ya Usajili wa Wahandisi
· Kukusanya taarifa na takwimu kuhusu magari na mitambo mbalimbali, bei za
magari na mitambo na vifaa vya umeme ndani na nje ya nchi
· Kupitia mapendekezo ya miradi (project proposal) mbalimbali ya ufundi na
umeme yanayowasilishwa.
4.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
· Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada/Stashahada ya Juu ya Uhandisi kutoka Vyuo Vikuu
vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali katika fani ya Uhandisi Ufundi na Umeme.
4.3 MSHAHARA
· Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS E kwa mwezi.
5.0 AFISA MIPANGO MIJI DARAJA LA II (TOWN PLANNER) – NAFASI 13

Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Katibu Tawala Mkoa wa Geita, Tabora na Katavi, Mkurugenzi
Halmashauri Manispaa ya Singinda, Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Kyela,
Tunduru, Kishapu, Rorya, Nachingwea, Urambo, Mbulu na Kigoma.
5.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
· Kuandaa mipango ya maeneo yaliyoendelezwa kiholela.
· Kuandaa michoro ya Mipangomiji.
· Kupokea michoro ya Mipangomiji na taarifa za maeneo ya ardhi
yanayopendekezwa kuiva kwa ajili ya uendelezaji kimji.
· Kuchambua takwimu na taarifa kwa ajili ya maandalizi ya mipango mipya ya
makazi.
· Kupokea na kuweka kumbukumbu za maombi ya mabadiliko ya matumizi ya
ardhi na umegaji wa viwanja.
· Kuhakikisha kuwa mabadiliko ya matumizi ya ardhi yanaingizwa katika michoro.
5.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
Kuajiriwa mwenye Stashahada ya juu/Shahada katika fani ya Mipangomiji kutoka Chuo
Kikuu cha Ardhi au Vyuo Vikuu au Taasisi nyingine zinazotambuliwa na Serikali.
5.3 MSHAHARA
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS E kwa mwezi.
6.0 MHANDISI DARAJA LA II - UJENZI (ENGINEER GRADE II – CIVIL) – (NAFASI
16)
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Katibu Mkuu Wizara ya Viwanda na Biashara, Katibu Mkuu
Wizara ya Elimu na Mafunzo ya Ufundi, Katibu Mkuu Wizara ya Maji, Mkurugenzi
Halmashauri ya Wilaya za Kyela, Mbulu na Ilemela, Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya
manispaa ya Singida.
6.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
· Atafanya kazi chini ya uangalizi wa Mhandisi aliyesajiliwa (Professional engineer)
na bodi ya usajili ya Wahandisi ili kupata uzoefu unaotakiwa.
· Kufanya ukaguzi wa Barabara, Madaraja na Majengo mbalimbali
· Kuchunguza vyanzo vya ajali barabarani
· Kufuatilia utekezaji wa Sheria, Kanuni za ujenzi wa Barabara na Majengo
· Kutayarisha bajeti ya mwaka ya Ujenzi na matengenezo ya Barabara, Madaraja
na Majengo

· Kusimamia na kuratibu kazi za Barabara, Madaraja na Majengo zinazotolewa na
makandarasi
6.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
· Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada/Stashahada ya Juu ya Uhandisi kutoka Vyuo Vikuu
vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali katika fani ya Uhandisi Ujenzi.
6.3 MSHAHARA
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS E kwa mwezi.
7.0 MHANDISI DARAJA LA II - MAJI (WATER ENGINEER GRADE II) – (NAFASI 13)
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Katibu Mkuu Wizara ya Maji, Katibu Tawala Mkoa wa
Shinyanga na Geita, Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya manispaa ya Temeke, Mkurugenzi
Halmashauri ya Wilaya za Rungwe, Busega na Chamwino.
7.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
· Ujenzi na Usimamizi wa Vituo vya Hali ya Hewa, Vituo vya Upimaji wingi wa Maji
mitoni (Discharge Measurements) na Uchukuaji wa sampuli za mchanga
unaosafirishwa kwenye mito (sedment sampling) na kuzitafsiri.
· Ukusanyaji wa takwimu kwenye vituo vya hali ya hewa na upimaji wa wingi wa
maji mitoni na kuzitafsri takwimu hizo.
· Kuandaa na kutayarisha Taarifa ya robo, nusu na mwaka mzima katika sehemu
ya Haidrologia.
· Kutayarisha kielelezo cha mtiririko wa maji ( Rating Curve Eqution )
7.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
· Kuajiriwa mwenye Shahada ya Uhandisi wa Rasilimali za Maji kutoka vyuo vikuu
vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali. Wawe na ujuzi wa kutumia kompyuta.
7.3 MSHAHARA
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS E kwa mwezi.
8.0 AFISA MISITU DARAJA LA II (FOREST OFFICER GRADE II) – NAFASI 7
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Katibu Tawala Mkoa wa Katavi, Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya
Wilaya za Muleba,Tunduru, Sengerema na Ilemela.
8.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
8
· Kusimamia upandaji na uhudumiaji wa miti na misitu.
· Kusimamia uendelezaji wa misitu ya kupandwa isiyozidi hekta 5,000 au ya asili
isiyozidi hekta 10,000.
· Kufanya utafiti wa misitu.
· Kutekeleza Sera na Sheria za misitu.
· Kuendesha mafunzo ya Wasaidizi Misitu.
· Kukusanya takwimu za misitu.
· Kufanya ukaguzi wa misitu.
· Kupanga na kupima madaraja ya mbao.
· Kudhibiti leseni na uvunaji wa miti.
· Kutoa ushauri na mafunzo kwa wananchi juu ya uendelezaji na matumizi
endelevu ya miti na misitu kwa wananchi.
· Kufanya ukadiriaji wa rasilimali za misitu.
· Kupima maeneo na kuchora ramani za misitu.
8.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
· Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada ya Misitu kutoka chuo Kikuu cha kilimo cha Sokoine
au Vyuo Vikuu vingine vinavyotambuliwa na Serikali.
8.3 MSHAHARA
Kwa kuzingatia viwango vya Serikali yaani ngazi ya Mshahara TGS.D kwa mwezi.
9.0 AFISA WA SHERIA DARAJA LA II (LEGAL OFFICER GRADE II) – NAFASI 3
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Katibu Tawala Mkoa wa Ruvuma na Katavi na Mkurugenzi
Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Makete.
9.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
Hili ni daraja la mafunzo katika kazi, hivyo Maafisa wa Sheria katika daraja hili
watafanya kazi za kisheria kwa maelekezo ya Maafisa wa Sheria Waandamizi ikiwa ni
pamoja na:
· Kutoa ushauri na kufanya utafiti wa kisheria pale anapohitajika kulingana na
Wizara, Idara ya Serikali ama sehemu aliko.
· Kufanya mawasiliano na ofisi nyingine kuhusu masuala ya kisheria kwa
maelekezo ya Maafisa wa Sheria walio katika ngazi za juu.
9.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
· Kuajiriwa wenye shahada ya kwanza ya Sheria kutoka vyuo vinavyotambuliwa
na Serikali na waliomaliza mafunzo ya uwakili yanayotambuliwa na Ofisi ya
Mwanasheria Mkuu wa Serikali.

9.3 MSHAHARA
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS E kwa mwezi
10.0 MTAKWIMU DARAJA LA II (STATISTICIAN GRADE II) – NAFASI 8
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Katibu Tawala Mkoa wa Geita, Shinyanga na Mwanza,
Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Tabora, Busega na Tunduru.
10.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
· Kubuni na kuendeleza mfumo wa kitaifa wa kukusanya na kuratibu takwimu
· Kutengeneza utaratibu wa kukusanya takwimu pamoja na ule wa kuchukua
takwimu za mfano/vielelezo (Sampling)
· Kukusanya, Kuchambua na kuwasilisha takwimu ngazi za juu.
10.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
· Kuajiriwa wenye shahada ya kwanza katika fani ya Takwimu au Hisabati au sifa
zinazolingana na hizo kutoka Chuo Kikuu kinachotambuliwa na Serikali na
wenye ujuzi wa kutumia Kompyuta.
10.3 MSHAHARA
Kwa kuzingatia Ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali yaani TGS D kwa mwezi.
11.0 MTHAMINI DARAJA LA II (VALUER GRADE II) – NAFASI 7
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Babati, Nachingwea,
Sengerema na Tunduru.
11.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
· Kukusanya taarifa za utafiti na mwenendo wa soko la ardhi.
· Kuhakiki kumbukumbu za utafiti na kuziingiza kwenye kompyuta
11.2 SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI
· Kuajiriwa wenye Shahada/Stashahada ya juu katika fani ya Land management
and Valuation kutoka Chuo Kikuu cha Ardhi au Taasisi nyingine zinazotambuliwa
na Serikali katika fani za Usimamizi Ardhi na Uthamini. Au
· Kuajiriwa wenye cheti cha NCPS katika fani ya Usimamizi Ardhi na Uthamini.
11.3 MSHAHARA
Kwa kuzingatia ngazi za mishahara ya Serikali TGS E kwa mwezi.

12.0 MKADIRIAJI UJENZI DARAJA LA II (QUANTITY SURVEYOR GRADE II) – NAFASI 4
Nafasi hizi ni kwa ajili ya Katibu Mkuu Wizara ya Elimu na Mafunzo ya Ufundi,
Mkurugenzi Halmashauri ya Wilaya ya Ilemela, Urambo na Sengerema.
12.1 MAJUKUMU YA KAZI
· Kuandaa ratiba ya kazi, gharama za ujenzi (BOQ) na Hati za mikataba.
· Kuanda makisio ya gharama za miradi ya Ujenzi.
· Kukusanya takwimu na kufanya uchunguzi ( survey)ya ukarabati wa miradi ya
Ujenzi
· Kuandaa bajeti ya miradi ya ujenzi

1.0 THE NATIONAL AUDIT OFFICE (NAO)
National Audit Office of the United Republic of Tanzania is established under Article 143
of the Constitution of 1977 (Revised 2005).
By virtue of the provisions of Article 143 of the Constitution and Section 45 of the Local
Government Finances Act No. 9 of 1982 (revised 2000) together with Section 9 of the
Public Audit Act No. 11 of 2008, the Controller and Auditor General carries out financial
audits for the purpose of establishing the financial performance of any expenditure or
use of resources in the Public Institutions including Local Government Authorities which
involves enquiring, examining, investigating and reporting in so far as considered
necessary.
The Regional and Local Authorities Division of NAO Audits Government Revenue
Collection and Expenditures as appropriated by Parliament to Local Government
Authorities to enhance transparency and accountability in the management of Public
resources.
1.1 AUDITOR GRADE II – 5 POST

2.0 Mzumbe University
Mzumbe University was established by the Mzumbe University Charter, 2007 established
under Section 25 of the Universities Act. No. 7 of 2005 which repealed Mzumbe University Act.
No 9 of 2001. As a training Institute, the University boasts of over 50 years experience of
training in the administration of justice, business management, public administration,
accountancy, finance, political science and good governance. Mzumbe University origin can be
traced back at 1953 when the British Colonial Administration established Local Government
School in the country. The school was aimed at training chiefs, Native Authority Staff and
Councilors. The level of training was elevated after Tanzania (Tanganyika) independence to
include training of Central Government Officials, rural development officers and local court
magistrates.

The Tanzania Forestry Research Institute (TAFORI) is a National Institution which was
established by Act No. 5 of 1980, to conduct, co-ordinate and promote the carrying out
of Forestry Research as well as to ensure documentation and dissemination of research
results for sustainable forest management in the country and to contribute to the
enhancement of socio-economic and environmental benefits to the present and future

TEA is a corporate body established under section 5(1) of the Education Fund Act No. 8

The Laboratory is an Executive Agency of the Government which has mandated in the
Executive Agencies Act No.30 of 1997 and the Establishment Order GN No 106 of
2000. The Agency offers specialist analytical services in Foods and Drugs Quality
Control, Forensic Science Services and Chemicals Management.
5.1 PRINCIPAL LEGAL OFFICER II – 1POST – (RE-ADVERTISED)

· Senior Lecturer
· Masters degree (NTA Level 9 or equivalent
· At least three (3) years at Lecturer level plus five (5) peer reviewed publications
· A registered professional with at least twenty (20) years working experience
preferably in research/consultancy with Master degree in relevant field; ten (10)
consultancy/research reports of the academic and professional appreciable depth.

28.1.4 TENURE OF OFFICE
Director of Finance and Administration the institute shall hold office for a term of four (4)
years and may be re-appointed consecutively for one more term of four years.

29.0 ENGINEERS REGISTRATION BOARD (ERB)
The Engineers Registration Board (ERB) is a statutory body established by the Act
No.15 of 1997 as Amended by the Engineers registration (Amendment) Act No. 24 of
2007 with the responsibility of regulating the engineering profession in Tanzania.
29.1 ZONAL OFFICE INCHARGE (Enforcement Work) - (RE-ADVERTISED)
The Zonal Officer In-charge will be reporting to the Assistant Registrar –Enforcement on
day to day duties. He / She will be supervising the Zonal Offices staffs. The terms of
employment will be permanent
29.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Zonal Officer In-charge will be as follows:-
· Enter and inspect any site for construction, installation, erection, manufacturing,
processes, mining alterations or other works of engineering nature for the
purpose of ascertaining that the works or services are carried out or performed in
compliance with the Engineers Registration Act in supervised zones.
· Keep information and data on all inspected projects/works for the purpose of use
by the Board as will be required from time to time
· Prepare and compile reports on the inspections done by the Board to the
construction sites and other engineering projects/works/services in zones.
· Follow up on the registration status of engineers as employed by various
employers and ensure that only those registered in the relevant categories are
employed and work as engineers in supervised zones.
· Collect facts and assist in investigation of cases of professional misconduct by
engineers and consumers of engineering works/services provided in zones.
· Monitor and inspect engineering works and report on its quality and value for
money.
· Perform any other duties as may be directed from time to time by the AR-E.
· Ensure that all resources entrusted to the Zonal Office are well kept and
supervised.
29.2.1 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor degree in Engineering and must be registered with the Board as a
professional engineer. He/she must have a good communication and
interpersonal skills and working knowledge of ICT Applications. An applicant who
had previously worked as an Enforcement Officer in a similar Institution will have
an added advantage.
· The applicant should have at least Five years of work experience in a reputable
institution. He/She shall also show documentary evidence of participation in

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programmes over the previous 3
years.
29.2.2 AGE
Report on all issues and performance report of the Zone. Age Limit 30-45 years
